This list of BMX FRIENDLY SKATEPARKS and scenes in the southeast is in no way complete - but i try to keep the info up-to- date and accurate. if you see any mistakes or know of a new park, an existing park that started allowing bmx, or a park listed on here that has stopped allowing bmx, please let me know so i can update. each state's listing will also include a list of parks that DO NOT allow bmx so you won't have any reason to support those parks.

NORTH CAROLINA Bike-Friendly Skateparks:
Asheville - Zero Gravity Skatepark (actually in Brevard) (1800 Old Hendersonville Hwy. Brevard, NC 28712- phone 828-862-6700 ) largest indoor skating facility in Western North Carolina. 12,000 sq. ft. skatepark features a spine mini-ramp, fun boxes, mini three- quarter bowl, bank ramps, launch boxes, a pyramid, ledges and roll-ins - BIKES ALLOWED one exclusive four hour session, Sundays 5pm to 9pm. Hilton Head Island - Public Park - This park features a 40-foot-wide, six-foot-high mini ramp with extensions and a street course with a 24-foot-wide, six-foot-high bank; a box with handrail, ledge,and various transitions; various quaterpipes from 3.5 to six feet high; and a kid's section with ramps from 2.5 to four feet high. Helmets are required.
